It was a reasinable proce for the facilities; 1. Did not have the room we reserved ( 2 double beds) 2. Made good by giving us an extra room at NC.

1. The light in the bathroom in 254 apparently was out. 2. Ice was down 16 steps and 180 yards away - ridiculous; there were other rroms another 50 yards away.. 3.A continental breakfast would have been nice.

Loved the convenience of the drive through check in and check out. Have never seen that. Saved time usually spent parking and then re-parking. The room was clean and fresh, and the beds were fabulous. It was a big help to have the refrigerator and microwave in the room and parking at the door. I accidentally demagnitized my key, and the staff member who "refreshed" it was funny and understanding. Access to the osu campus was excellent.

I really appreciated how friendly the staff was for us.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The sinks didn't drain, there was no hot water...we ended up staying in 3 different rooms over the course of 2 nights and weren't comped for any of it. Awful!

Very convenient to osu and the three restaurants right in the parking lot made eating simple. Check-in & check-out went very quickly.

Train tracks very close to rear building can be somewhat noisy.

The water was not hot~~We were awakened at 1am by the people next door pounding on the door. I could not get the Sr. discount because I booked through you.

I liked the check in at any hour

Our first room stunk of cigarettes smoke and was supposed to be non smoking. The next room they gave us was trashed and not yet cleaned. The final room was nice and clean.

Location was about it.

The pool was not available for one day and our room was falling apart. Bathtub faucet was coming out of wall, towel rack was torn down and bathroom celing peeling.

It was close to the meetings we had to attend. Restaurants were within walking distance. Easy access to your room from your car for unpacking your belongings. Pricing was reasonable. Very clean room. One of the closest hotels to get to osu without getting into a lot of traffic.

The only thing I would complain about was when I booked this hotel, I didn't realize how close the train track was and how often a train would come through while trying to sleep. Our room was next to the track and it was very loud all the time. I'm a light sleeper, so it kept me awake whenever it would come through.I Would highly recommend it for anyone that wouldn't be bothered by the train coming through while trying to sleep or with children that enjoy trains. You can look out your window or go to the parking lot and watch the trains during the day.

The refrigerator was not working and reported it to the front desk and it was never fixed other than all was good

It was close to where I wanted to be and Tim Horten's was right in frnt of it.

The noise from 315 was loud. I found a dead bug on one of the beds. The shower faucet drips.
